Our Institute of Allied Descalced Carmelite Sisters of the Holy Trinity is a religious institute composed of Sisters that profess public perpetual vows and dedicate themselves to apostolic works.

As ALLIES we desire to live the spirituality of the Covenant, which is a profound awareness of the infinite love with which God unites Himself to each person, and with which each person is united with God.

The God of our Fathers chose His people and stipulated with them a  pact of mutual love. But it was the Son of God, the head of the new People of God, who loving us in the extreme sealed with His blood the new and eternal covenant, so that we could co-operate in His plan of salvation and live in perfect communion of love with the One and Triune God (Jn 13,1; 1 Co 11,25; Lc 22,20; Mt 26.26).

Jesus is my guide

As CARMELITES,we want to nourish ourselves with the spiritual tradition of Carmel. As DESCALCED CARMELITES,we accept our Holy Fathers Teresa of Jesus and John of the Cross as our teachers in our spiritual journey, so that we can live, imitating the theological life of the Blessed Mary and Saint Joseph, in communion with God and reach in interior and exterior poverty a total transformation in God. We take the august name HOLY TRINITY with the goal that the Holy Trinity be our spiritual essence in our lives, and with the firm purpose to live faithfully the truth of the presence of the divine Persons in the soul, so that we are in truth living praises of the Trinity (EF 1,14). Allies of the Holy Trinity who desires to participate the mystery of His intimacy and of the divine plan of love and salvation.
